I think I've lived a very eventful and full life. I'm pretty happy with where I am now and looking forward to the future.

Well, by day I'm a mild mannered student with designs of becoming a federal judge so that I can hold people in contempt for wearing shoes I don't like.

By night I'm the leader of an international terrorist organization bent on world domination. This is furthered by plots and schemes to mind control chickens and other farm animals. Don't ask how this will pave the way for world domination. My science advisors assure me that it will, and I trust them.

In all seriousness, I'm a pretty laid back guy with a taste for absurd humor. I'd love to meet some new people, but I have enormous difficulty thinking of things to talk about with new people. It's one of the reasons why I have no friends.

I am a simple down to earth person, I don't go out much. I have a full time job that keeps me busy.

What can I say about me? I am a New Yorker. I am honest, direct, and not overly emotional. I love my dogs (I have two), I love to cook, and I love my job (I love what I do, but not so much where I am doing it right now). I am a good friend and a good listener. I am out of the house from 8am until almost 8pm almost every day (even some Saturdays), so I am not of much use to the world on weeknights. I am significantly compartmentalized and regimented, but I can deviate from my course with relatively little notice (I can deviate even farther from my course with ample notice).

I moved to Miami in February of 2007, and so far I love it...traffic sucks and August is ungodly hot, but the rest is like being on vacation with a full-time job. Especially now that I moved to Brickell. I have a view of the bay that people up home would kill for. I am a very very lucky girl.

Also, I have four tattoos in rather discrete places, so if ink on a chick is a deal-breaker for you, move on. They are permanent. Also, I smoke socially. I do not smoke around non-smokers, and I do not smoke in my house. I usually do not even bring my cigarettes out with me. But if there is coffee or alcohol involved, it is likely that I will have one. If there is a lot of alcohol and if other people around me are smoking, there is a good chance I am smoking too. I am not compulsive. I can take it or leave it in most scenarios. But I do enjoy it at the right times in the right company. All things in moderation, so say Ben Franklin, right?

I am a fun loving guy. No, really, who would say they don't love fun? I like to go out and have a good time but I also like to stay in sometimes. I tend to be impulsive and when I get an idea in my head there is no dissuading me. I enjoy the outdoors, particularly backpacking, or sailing, or rock-climbing. I like anything that can get me away from all the excess of everyday. Most people don't take the time to listen to the world around you. There are moments when you are out in nature that the silence is profoundly deafening, and those moments just take your breath away.

Hello out there! My name's TJ. I love to read, and wish I would get to writing more often, but I've so many ambitions it's hard to divide the time fairly, so I just let my ADD decide what I'd like to do. I have about 70 hours worth of tattoos, and am somewhat in love with the fact that they've been stigmatized from mainstream society, I just love to surprise and prove people wrong.
